Tools I Use In My Shop

Here are some of the major tools I use in my shop.

Table Saw: Ridgid R541110 in. Granite Top Table Saw

I upgraded my yard sale special Skill bench top saw this summer with this saw. I got it on sale during Home Depot's tool sale for $450. All I can saw is wow, what and upgrade. The saw is really really nice for the price! Unfortunately Ridgid has decided to discontinue the saw and Home Depot had them on clearance for less than $300. If you find one scoop it up no questions.

BAND SAW: DELTA 28-276 Professional 14-Inch 3/4-Horsepower

I have been using this saw for a couple of years and it works ok. I'd saw it was a tad under-powered but with a good blade I am able to carve out my band saw boxes up to 6" think without too much trouble.
Current CNC Machine: Bravoprodigy miniature desktop CNC router/engraving machine

Originally sold by Rocker as a Click n Carve system. Louise gave it to me as a Christmas present and I loved it! But the word "miniature" means it can only carve a work area of about 6x8 inch! This is a major limitation. But still it was a great beginning CNC and it has been trouble free for years. Time to move up to a bigger machine!

DEWALT DCCS620P1 20V MAX Lithium-Ion XR Brushless Compact 12 in. Cordless Chainsaw

Ok so its mostly for yard brush cut quite well. I have been working on some large overhanging limbs and it has been awesome. I did some clearing last year with a hand saw. Never again!
I am also planing on building some trail stairs going down to are river and using the saw to cut some 4x4 treads later this year. Love it!
